Im running this chip @4100Mhz with a GTX1070 @2002Mhz Core and 4600Mhz Mem clocks, 4X8GB G.Skill TridentZ 3200 running @3266Mhz, a 1TB Samsung Evo SSD and the GTX1070 is the weakest link. UserBenchmark scores 105 101 99, Outstanding for a budget chip.
