— The R9 290 (non-x version) is one of Radeon's flagship cards of 2013. Running with 4GB of GDDR5, a TDP of 275W, & a process size of 28nm based off the Hawaii architecture, it was seen as a very high end card to many in that current year. Although it did face a bit of an overheating problem like the GTX 480, it outperforms that 480 by an obvious margin. With a GPU clock of 947 Mhz & memory clock of 1250Mhz this looked like a card that could compete with another high end card, the 780 (non-ti), and it did pretty well, being within the range of that card. Other specifications include 2560 Shading Units, 160 TMUs, 64 ROPs, 40 Compute Units, L1 cache of 16kb & L2 cache of 1024kb, & 6.2 million transistors to name some specs. Although the launch price was somewhat high at the time ($399 USD MSRP), other users could get the 780 (non-ti) at the time for nearly $70 USD less at $329 USD MSRP. Both were great cards at the time and to this day they can still perform like the flagships they always were.

— The i3-10105 is part of the 10th generation of Intel's lineup and is part of the Comet Lake architecture. With 4 cores and 8 threads, it is similar to its counterpart 10100, but with a frequency base of 3.70 Ghz, its just 100 Mhz higher than the 10100 in not only the base frequency but also in its single core turbo frequency and its all core turbo frequency. If we compare it to another budget friendly CPU, the Ryzen 3 4100 the i3 does blow it away in most tests, however with Intel's limiting RAM frequency of 2666 Mhz this does give the 10105 a bit of a blow in competition against the 4100.

— GPUs like this from my view are mostly for daily use in office computers and such. Nothing big to expect here but its not as bad as I can get most of my work done with this.

— For an old CPU, this thing can still do a daily job. I have this boy on one of my laptops from a few years back and it still performs great for its age.

— For its age I'm very impressed in its performance. Towards me this drive is amazing in how it performs. For its price as well the amount of storage is still great for its price.

— Used this kit for about 2 years before I upgraded to 32GB, but to say the most this thing performed very well when in use. Really recommend it to many people.
